Wedding day management is for couples who want a stress free wedding day, but do not want the added expense of hiring a full time wedding planner. |

- Prices can vary depending on the number of guests, size of the wedding party and location
- Discounts available for low income couples (proof required)
- Basic fee is $600 for two coordinators, additional coordinators available
- $200 non-refundable deposit required
Final Week Coordination:
- Meet w/ bride to review last-minute direction, questions, concerns
- Contact vendors confirm contracts and set-up deliveries
- Assist with out of town arrivals and hotel reservations
- Pick up decorations, favors and programs
- Prepare instructions for wedding party
- Prepare wedding day timelines and agenda
Rehearsal Coordination:
- Organize wedding party and family
- Greet and work with officiant
- Coordinate timing and flow of ceremony
- Professional advice and etiquette guidance
- Ensure setup of rehearsal dinner
Ceremony Coordination:
- Meet w/ bride to review last-minute direction, questions, concerns
- Crisis Management
- Greet vendors upon arrival and receive deliveries
- Assist wedding party, family members, guests as needed
- Ensure all vendors are doing their job according to contracts
- Ensure timeline is followed during ceremony and reception
- Distribute flowers to bridal party and family members
- Assist any late arriving guests at ceremony
- Transport necessary items from ceremony to reception
- Orchestrate first dance, cake cutting, and toasts (if applicable)
- Light candles, place favors, assist in decorating
- Gather anything remaining at the end of the night such as gifts, cake servers and toasting glasses
- Secure all gifts with caretaker of your choice and assure safe transport to your location of choice
- Ensure that everything at the venue is cleaned according to the contract
- Distribute final payments and tips to vendors on behalf of couple
